Frequently Asked Questions

  • For individual therapy, my fee is $165 for the first session and $140 for all following sessions.

    For relationship/couples therapy, my fee is $190 for the first session and $165 for all following sessions.

    Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. 80-minute and 110-minute sessions available at an additional rate

    I can also offer a sliding scale rate if needed.

  • A credit or debit card is kept on file and typically charged later in the day following your session. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.

  • I accept Aetna insurance for individual therapy. I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies, but I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

    I do not accept insurance for couples therapy.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling. If you notify me with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 fee.

  • I primarily see clients in-person at my office in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta. I have the option for virtual sessions, but this is primarily reserved for extenuating circumstances such as being ill, car trouble, weather, etc.

  • Monday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
    Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
    Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
    Saturday & Sunday: Closed

    I try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. If you reach out on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you may not hear back from me until the following Monday.
